http://www.tiffanyrowan.com/essentialoils My chest was hurting so bad that we were in a mad rush to search all the oils we keep with us that would calm down my heart. I had palpitations twice before in the same week, but not this painful. Luckily we always keep essential oils with us because it saved me a trip to the emergency room. I used Valor and Deep Relief from Young Living generously on my chest. I was able to get my heart to calm down so I could assess any other symptoms I had, and start treating the cause of the palpitations. I had been attributing my lower back pain to the frequent massages I was giving at my new job. It wasn’t until I was having a clear discharge that I realized that my lower back pain was actually a kidney infection which was then causing my heart to race after I ate. I placed 10 drops of lemon essential oil in a capsule, and took it three times a day until the infection was gone (for three days). I would not trust inferior oils to have these same results. Please do not try this without Young Living essential oils.

Clients who have received the kidney protocol during their Bowen treatment are advised to include fresh beet in their diet as explained in this video. The kidney protocol may be administered because of poor kidney function, adrenal insufficiency, urinary tract infection or lower back pain and can greatly improve these conditions.

A few months ago I had severe pain and I thought it was my appendix so I went to the ER, they ran a CT scan and found a small kidney stone that was working its way down, and they also found a very large ovarian cyst but on my left side. I don’t remember passing the stone, but the pain went away in 2 weeks. Once again I have similar pain in the lower right abdomen that started in the same spot but now has moved into my lower back, it will be a week tomorrow. I keep waiting for it to go away, cause I’m stubborn and don’t like hospitals. I’m not sick, I never was a few months ago either, just have bad bad pain. Not supposed to start my period until next week, so I’m not sure if it still could be a cyst or what. I really don’t think its a kidney stone, I didn’t think it was last time either, but they found one. It doesn’t hurt to urinate, etc. Just would like some opinions of people who have experienced one or the other. Thanks!!

I have been with people when they had ruptured ovarian cysts and when they had kidney stones. In both cases the pain was excruciating and the individuals were not able to carry on normal activities. The pain made them nauseous. So your pain does not seem severe enough for either of them. Even a small stone causes a lot of pain as it moves. So I would definitely get that checked again.

I have had a sharp pain in my lower back (kidney area) but i dont think it is my kidneys because i can press it and it still hurts, when i walk without stopping it comes and when its really cold it comes, its happened ever since july and i havent been to a doctor yet, what could it be? growing or something more? Im not really one to rush off to a doctor the moment somethings wrong so should i go or just wait longer?

thanks for the help.:)

First some anatomy, the kidneys are located The left kidney is approximately at the vertebral level T12 to L3, and the right slightly lower. The right kidney sits just below the diaphragm and posterior to the liver, the left below the diaphragm and posterior to the spleen. So not in the lower back, as in hip area. It sounds as if you have a muscle strain, but from what I do not know: lifting, falling over, playing sports? This will take time to heal and will hurt in the cold weather. If this persists then you will need to see a Doctor.

I’m a 16 year old female. I’ve had a pain on my left side of my lower back, kinda by the love handles, right where the kidney is. I’ve had it for about a week or a week and a half. It’s not very sharp and it comes and goes. It feels kinda like back pain, but I dont think it is. What could be wrong ?

It is possible hat you might have a lower back problem. If you’re overweight, and when the pain comes when you carry something heavy then that would suggest you have a back problem. If the pain just comes and goes randomly like that, and for more than a week already, you should go see your doctor for testing. There are many possible reasons for that pain, and that can only be singled out after a consultation and some testing.

i just got off my period, and i know i’m not pregnant. also I.ve been urinating more often and it has a funny smell. what is it?
the period like cramps are not that severe. the back pain isn’t that bad yet either. so if it is a kidney infection could I take azo for it?
I’ve had a kidney infection before but I’ve never had the cramp like feeling. I always have moderate back pain though
it also burns slightly when i pee

Absolutely, it could be sign. You need to go to a doctor and get some meds ASAP.

I’ve had lower back and kidney pain for the 3 days now, sometimes it is a bareable pain but when sitting down or standing up for too long, it gets really bad and i can hardly move?
Its just like a constant ache and then when i move its a more sharp pain?

You may have a kidney infection or pulled a muscle in your back.

You need to see your doctor for an exam and appropriate diagnostic testing.

It happens after I use too much ibuprofen or mix it with coffee, soda pop, etc. It gets so bad sometimes I can’t move, I just lay in bed immobile because the slightest movement sends shockwaves of excruciating "cry out loud" pain through the area.
I suspect this is in my gut somewhere, but I’ve been told it could be kidney inflammation too. It’s always on the right hand side. Thanks!

inflamed kidneys caused by diabetes, avoid sugar.
check your blood sugar.
