I fell off a horse around four days ago and landed on my lower back, hitting a wooden rail along the way. It hurt but I got on and finished my course. I took Advil for the followin two days, assuming I was just a little bruised and sore. But now I feel a burning pain when I bend down in my lower back. It feels like stinging and is very sharp and hot. Does anyone have any idea what I would have injured>?
Maybe from your muscles.
Try putting ice on the area.
I’ve been a cashier at a grocery store for over 2 years now, a lot of repetition throughout the day. My lower back used to kill during and after my shifts, now it’s my shoulders and upper back. So much so that about 2-4 hours into my muscles feel like their burning. Anything I can do or take to relieve this?
It really depends on what the problem actually is, so you need to try to identify it. It could be a rotator cuff injury or tear, or it could be something else entirely. It is important to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your symptoms so that appropriate treatment can be directed at the cause, not just the symptoms. Check these sites to try to determine exactly what is going on. You should really see a doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Then the back pain and burning sensation becomes less pain full. but doesn’t go away? I have VP and been suffering for over a year now with these symptoms and don’t seem to been getting anywhere with any treatment. The doctors seem baffled. Has anyone ever suffered with these symptoms before?
I feel awful about your case. I searched the net about this case but I have not found any similar case as your. Have you tried to consult another physician for a second opinion about your ailment?

It first started as painful muscle spasms on my lower back. Every time I got up from Bed my Back would Lock up hunched over. I am unable to move or stand up straight because the Pain is so bad. I would be hunched over in Pain for several minutes holding onto the Bed until I was able to finally stand upright and move. Once I got moving the Pain just went away. WIERD This Repeated EVERYTIME I got up from Laying Down. (Stomach, side, or Back position)
Now this still happens but the Pain is getting worse. Everytime I lie down I get an Awful Burning Pain on my Lower Back. My Back Feels Heavy like I’m carrying heavy weights that are on fire. As the night continues the Pain only gets worse. I awaken around 2-3am with this Burning Back Pain. It hurts so bad and bothers until I get out of Bed and start moving. It dosn’t travel down my leg or anywhere else. I just have Pain on my lower back.
Once I get up and move the Pain dissapears. This Cycle continues everynight or every time I lie down and relax. It is going on 6months and getting worse. I seen 4 Drs & they don’t know what it is.
We had an XRAY, MRI, Neurological Exam, and many Blood Test done. Findings Low Vit D. Severe Disc Degeneration L5S1, Bulge Disc and Bone Hemangioma. Still Drs don’t think these findings would cause this type of Pain.
Drs. are Puzzled that Normally back pain is alleviated when laying down but mine is the opposite. Laying down makes it worse. Please Help..
It could be that your pelvis is twisted and impeding your sciatic nerve. It will feel more like a hip or leg pain but it’s caused by your abs knotting up and pulling the back muscles out of whack. Inversion therapy could probably help that out quite a bit. The effects of gravity will elongate your spine and in time your pelvis and curvature can be stretched away and after a while almost certainly you can make it so both legs are the same length. They sell these doorway mounted inversion racks and they’re only 150.00 or so with gravity boots included. Teeter hang ups are the brand and the knid I bought. I use mine to fix my sciatica and keep stretched out and I have literally found no better way to maintain my posture and keep my spine, lower back, legs, and abs stretched out and free of spasms and knots. Here’ where I got my inversion system. Hope this helps. GOOGLE: online health mart sciatica :for more reading. You really should, this is what you have I believe!!!

try this approach
Back pain relief = Stretching = increased oxygenated nourishing blood flow to the extremities
The key is to increase blood flow to the problem area; fresh nourished blood has vital oxygen
and energy that aides to eliminate the pain and heal the body
The only way to get reinforcements inside our highly complex human body is through the
Circulatory systems that provide vital source needed for all life — which is oxygen and the
carrier being blood.
Unfortunately the blood through your arteries is not like free flowing water through a plumbing
System — the blood needs to be pushed into the remote areas and the impure blood needs to be
Pumped back against gravity to the heart for oxygenation. Due to lack of activity or stress or sedentary / busy life style
Stretching is not occurring and there is a blood traffic jam in the pipes (thereby increasing free radicals in the impure
blood #1 aging accelerator ) and blood circulation weakens which causes several chronic ailments like
Back pain , stress, fatigue , depression , lethargy , aging , early wrinkles , low immunity etc…
The only way to fix this is by stretching and widening the circulatory pipes this can be done by using a new smash hit
stretching tool that is so simple and yet phenomenally effective .

I have been having this intermittent pain in my back/right shoulder blade. It comes in "bouts" and it only lasts for a few 5-10 seconds at a time….and occurs every few minutes and sometimes goes for hours/days and then comes back. I went to Dr and had chest x-ray (negative) gall bladder scan (negative) blood work (negative) urinalysis (negative)….no other symptoms. The pain is like a burning sensation in one spot behind my right shoulder blade/back area….doesnt go down arm, no tingling, etc. I am 24 I am overweight…does anyone know what this could be? Im a little worried now..it seems like a weird spot to have a "pulled muscle" so i dont know…
My bf has a similiar pain in that area as you relay. He works out and lifts weights so I would say it’s related to that for him. I talked to a friend that’s a physical therapist and they said though that it could be an impingement. I’d look that up online as I am not exactly sure what it is other than overuse of a specific area. The burning sensation means something happened that needs to seek medical attention. Try an ice pack until you get an appt. and some over the counter pain relievers for this situation now.
Boyfriend in motor vehicle accident nerve damage to neck and back injections have been started burning to legs has difficuty standing and walking
Hi.
Those injections are given directly into the nerves of the back. The nerves, themselves, spread out to different areas of the body. It’s very likely that your boyfriend is feeling this burning in his legs as a result of the injections.
If the burning pain is very bad, maybe he can ask the doctor for some pain medication, i.e., Vicodin, a synthetic codeine/Tylenol combination that would help with nerve pain.
However, if he is having trouble standing & walking, he really needs to let his doctor know about it. Let the doctor know if it is "just" after the injections, or if it is all the time now.
If it is from the injections, it’s always possible he is developing Guillain-Barre Syndrome. This is an immune response to a virus affecting the nerves, most commonly CMV (cytomegalovirus). This causes TEMPORARY paralysis, starting with the legs & working its way up.
Even though it is temporary, it can be serious, so your boyfriend MUST let the doctor know he is having difficulty standing/walking. I hope it’s something less serious though, and I don’t mean to frighten you. But you should be aware of all the possibilities.
I hope your boyfriend recovers quickly. He’s lucky to have a girlfriend like you to be there for him.
Best of luck to both of you.
Twice now after a fast pace walk my left palm gets a burning sensation with an ache up to my elbow that lasts for hours. I do have lower back pain as well.Even though I’m sweating my hands will fill ice cold after walking approx 6 miles.
Pinched muscles in your neck might be the best reason. It is my best guess and I also included a release for your back to get rid of your back pain as well:
Neck
Invert your hands and put them next to your head placing your thumbs in under your ears and you lower your head until your neck is fully extended, release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the bent position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your neck but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
So,about two days ago i woke up with a strange feeling of air in my vagina and there was a lot of itching/discomfort around the opening of my vagina and inner labia. I dismissed it thinking it was nothing but continued to experience discomfort.
Today the burning and itching was really bad and i also had some dull back pain and pressure on my left side.
i examined myself and found that my inner labia was a dull white color with very few bumps. I looked up my symptoms online and found that it could be a yeast infection. I just went out to the store a couple hours ago and bought treatment for a yeast infection but…I’m not sure if that’s what it is.
A few months ago i got diagnosed with chlamydia, and ovarian cysts.
I’m really confused to what is going on with my body. My period is supposed to be starting within a day or so. I’m not experiencing any breast tenderness or nausea so i don’t think pregnancy is an issue.
(the first date of my last period was the 10th of last month,i usually start one or two days after the previous date)
I JUST NEED HELP! what could be wrong with me? Could it be my chlamydia getting worse?
A yeast infection or something else?
You should go see your doctor immediatedly. It may be serious.
