i have back pain and want to throw up all the time, whatever i eat doesn’t digest, even it is 80 degree outside, i still feel so cold. i feel dizzy all the time, this pain has been going on for about 2 wks now. can someone help me and let me know what king of pain do i have?

While I haven’t had all of your symptoms I have beend suffering with feeling chilled despite the heat and pain in my shoulder that also affected my arm.
I went to my chiropractor today. He said that I had a rotated vertebrae in my neck and that it was putting pressure on a nerve. I feel better now but the tingling from the nerve being pinched is still tormenting me.
Please see your doctor to determine what might be bothering you.
My doc said that dizziness can also accompany the problem that I have. Also, if your back pain is severe that will make your digestive system upset to the point that you will feel like vomitting.
